How To SSPR

If you’ve forgotten your work password or locked yourself out of your account, Microsoft’s Self Serve Password Reset (SSPR) makes it easy to get back in without needing to contact TGB Systems Support.

How to Reset Your Password

1. Go to the reset page - Visit: https://aka.ms/sspr

2. Enter your work email address - Example: yourname@company.com

3. Verify your identity - Choose one of your registered methods: Text Message, Phone Call or Authenticator App

4. Create a new password - Follow the instructions and make sure your new password meets your organisation’s security rules.

5. You’re done! - You’ll get a confirmation once your password has been successfully reset.

💡 Helpful Tips

Make sure your security info (phone number, authenticator app etc.) is up to date.

If you haven’t set up SSPR yet, you may need to do that first via your account settings.

If you’re still having trouble, contact your local IIQ team or Local IT.
